Programmatic Direct

Programmatic Direct (also called automated guaranteed or programmatic reserved) refers to the automated transaction of reserved ad inventory at a negotiated price, without an auction. It includes Programmatic Guaranteed and non-guaranteed deals. Buyers and sellers agree on terms (price, volume, targeting) through a programmatic interface, automating the traditional IO-based direct sales process while maintaining the direct relationship and inventory reservation.
